I accept that these are difficult times but i did feel that the process of trying to make contact with you was very difficult. I tried LiveChat option to be given options that were not relevant. I kept trying. It was clearly automatic with limited options which was no use to me. I then called a phone number, waited for 10minutes only for the line to cut off on me. I tried LiveChat again and was successful. I was disappointed to find out that you do not give any discount because of the Covid pandemic like other insurers which i thought was shabby.
