I understand that covid-19 is changing the way we live and work, but I would have thought that yoo would still have phone support.
I work for Sky at home and we are still dealing with calls. Also other insurance companies I spoke to today had telephone support.
So I am very disappointed. I might have stayed with you if I could have discussed my policy
