I spoke to James JI8 who was very helpful. Unfortunately he was not able to resolve my problem. I asked last Friday to change the vehicle on my policy, was told it had to be referred to an underwriter, and a week later I am still waiting for them to get back to me. I understand things are a bit difficult at the moment but even so a week is still a long time to be waiting with no outcome in sight.
