They might be called ‘One Call’ for a reason because when I needed to make an address change on my policy (a second call), they wanted £40 for the privilege. In addition they demanded an additional c£70 increase in the premium which seemed at odds with the reduction I got on a second car I own and my wife’s insurance policy which was cheaper albeit from other providers.
