Given Covid 19 the lengthy delay to wait to speak with someone on the chat line was understandable. However once I’d progressed though the queue and been redirected to a totally unrealistic quote to add a driver to my policy I gave up. Your quote was over £900 we were able to add the same driver to our policy on our other car for an additional £100. Very difficult to understand the huge discrepancy.
