I had tried to change my insurance details via the portal and finally chat feature which are the only options at present. The portal could not find my new vehicle, and on chatting to at least 3 advisors over 3 days and hours spent during that process, they were unable to help either. Plus at my last attempt the database crashed cutting me off, which mean't I had to start the process again! Finally I was able to change my vehicles just 30 minutes before I had arranged to collect the car and after suggesting that I cancel the policy and go elsewhere? I do not include any of the advisors in this criticism, they all helped as much as possible but the software let the down. In a week or so when I receive my registration documents I will have to try to have my own reg number changed to my vehicle and therefore Insurance, I do not relish the prospect!
