I contacted one call for a copy of my certificate to tax my car
They said they would email it but the documents emailed didn’t include the certificate of insurance. When I explained this the adviser said there was nothing further she could do to help me! I said can I speak to someone? I was told no due to Covid-19!
Then she asked me if I could send a screen shot when I went back to my emails a third email fad arrived with in the last minute with the certificate of insurance!
