Not a great experience.
Took 10 separate attempts to get threw, kept getting cut off, could only do it via chat as it's a van,
It takes them ages to answer sometimes asking the same question even though I had answered them.
So frustrating and now I dont know if I'm covered or not because I got cut off again..
