Two things I am not impressed with.
1. Lack of flexibility over admin. Charge levied re. 5 year history when I omitted to note SP 30 offence which had actually expired but had occurred within the 5 year period. I explained this was a genuine omission on my part and asked if the admin charge could be removed but the response was unfortunately negative. A little more flexibility in circumstances like this wouldn't go amiss.
2. The automatic transfer to Platinum class was not requested by myself. I was not happy that it was suggested that I should phone the people in Platinum Class to discuss my decision to cancel my car insurance when I had already spent 25 minutes in live chat simply wishing to give notice that my car insurance with you was cancelled when the current term expired. No complaints about staff but concerns about being directed to another department simply to cancel a policy.
