renewal came in an an increased price. shopped around and found a cheaper insurance with identical cover and accepted their offer. Contacted One Call to inform them that i would not be accepting their offer of continued insurance. Could not speak to an operator but had to chat. Agent could not accept the fact that i had moved to another insurance company to renew my insurance and despite telling them proceded to give me an alternative quote which was more expensive that the one that i had accepted. The agents need to listen to what the customer says to them as it is wasting everybodys time. The alternative is like a number of insurance companys is not to increase their policys and then we will stay with them. I had an accident recently and one call and their agents could not have been more efficient. You should not have to barter with an insurance company regarding renewals.
