I've had insurance off one call, and the online chat is a waste of time, I tried to set a direct debit up 3 times 3 times it failed ,lucky I checked my bank account regular because I would be driving with no insurance, yet again 1st of July 2020 failed DD , had to pay with online chat . Also I had an accident by hitting a lump of metal in the road , with my alloys getting cracks in front and back, so tried to claim ,utter useless, didn't want to help had to have time off work awaiting to get courtesy car , never happened at all, had all the evidence to prove it happened, in the end I bought some second hand ones , what's the point of insurance when you need them the most, just proves the cheapest isnt the best , this is my second year with onecall ,never again. Sorry
