After applying for insurance Found out that I was not insured straight away. Had to wait for my documents to appear in portal. Message said if you want cover straight away no problem saying ring this number. Rang number to get an automated response saying phone lines were closed due to covid(fully understand that. ) message said chat on line or write to us 🤦‍♂️ Think you miss understand the meaning of need insurance straight away. Went on line to chat 42 nd in cue ok it took them 40 minutes to chat the first time and I was 4 in cue. If your going to offer chat services make sure people aren’t waiting a day to get response
