I wasn’t able to do what I’d wanted on the portal. Was directed to live chat. During the live chat I was told that if I used the portal to make the changes it would be cheaper which I found a bit disheartening since I had tried to do that already so wouldn’t want to end up having to pay more. After a conversation I was then told that the cancellation system was down and could I get in touch in a few hours. I understand if the system is down then there’s nothing the person on the live chat could do however this is very inefficient and annoying for me as I don’t have much time to be able to organise it. I asked for someone to call me when the system is up and you are able to give me the information I need but apparently this is not possible. Which again is inefficient and time consuming for me to have to go through the whole process again.
