I received a renewal for car insurance. It was extortionate. Got it it £130 cheaper with the same cover. You don't take care of existing customers? If you did they probably would stay with you. The lady did say she would 'see what she could do to help' It just feels like a bit of minefield. I rang another company, actually spoke to someone in person, which I prefer. Much better personal service and cheaper too.
