It took me about 4 hours cancel my automatic renewal through portal. Waiting in queue in chat then getting cut off while chatting. Agent not allowing me to cancel asking questions even though I told her just cancel. She would not take no for an answer. I no longer wish to have anything to do with one call.
It was not possible to cancel my renewal on portal and there was no telephone number ring to physically talk to someone.
It's obviously done to try and stop customers cancelling renewal.
Very poor customer service.
I will advise my friends and family to avoid one call like the plague.
