Found it very difficult to change policies from a van to a car with live chat
Sat in my new car in dealership car park for 2-hours for a call back that never came ended up having to insure car online
Don't understand why onecall are not opening their call centres when most other companies are
This could have been sorted in minutes by phone instead of the week that it took
I have insured my vehicles with this company for a number of years not sure if I will use them next year
