Not very helpful.
Just needed to change my insurance from a new car that was arriving late, back to my old car. Cd6 advises me to submit all the details, thus giving me a quote for 6 days at £75!!!!
When in fact all I needed to do was just change it back to the old car for an administration charge of £24!!
Not good customer service!!
