I find you have a lack of information regarding a recent claim. You are called one call insurance but you are not an insurance company, you are a broker which I didn't realise when I started the policy. Too many middle men in this world.
You were not helpful at all and charge a ridiculous admin fee for changes on the policy and unable to clarify why premiums go up but never down
