I have been with one call for a few years and have always been happy with the service.
On this occasion I was trying to get a better quote as my insurance had gone up and the young man was not really prepared to do anything to help apart from be dismissive of another quote from another company and I felt he was not really willing to help, and his tone of voice influenced my decision to cancel my insurance, and find another company
