I required to start a live chat session as after paying for my car insurance I got the following message on the website "Your policy is currently in the process of being set up, as soon as we have finalised your insurance your documents will appear in here. You are not insured until your documents appear here. If you require immediate cover please speak to one of our live chat agents".
Live chats sessions require long waits. Once I got on the live chat the Person was very helpful. Policy had to be confirmed via the live chat but on the One call website the policy documents take up to 24 hours to appear.
Think the process could be better but no issues with Live chat person I had contact with who was very helpful.
