I took a One Call home insurance policy via the Confused.com website. The address details were correct on Confused but incomplete on One Call. I tried many times to chat to them. Either the link was dead or if I did get through I was told Home Insurance was unavailable. The telephone lines went to a message only. It took a couple of days before I was able to get through to chat and then instead of a simple addition to the address, the flat number, the operative wanted to go through the entire quote again. I asked for a copy of the chat, which I never received and never received any email confirming the full address. However when I went online they had amended the address. I worry about how you contact this company if you have a claim? Once this insurance runs out I will stay clear of them next year.
