very frustrating experience trying to switch over one of my vehicle policys to a new vehicle just purchased, I've always been able to talk to someone to arrange this for me and find this like pulling teeth out. The person I've just been on live chat with (Rachel T) stated she could not find the new vehicles details although I'm confused as I've already had a quote from another company after passing on the same information. the vehicle is standard and there are lots of these for sale on the internet therefore there must be a problem with your system. I was also very diappointed that she cut me off when i was still on call. If there's another way of getting to thee bottom of this and another way of communicating please let me know.
