My concerns are
1. I don't have a smart phone and can not see me getting one.
2. I Rarely use the internet
3. I've always had a direct phone number to speak with an advisor there Is no direct number unless your a new customer or need breakdown (if there is I couldn't find it)
4. Next time I will be using a insurance company that I can directly speak to a person
5. The advisor sorted my problem, maybe its an age thing but I like to speak via a phone and I'm sure you have many customers who feel the same and like me don't have a smart phone and/or do not have/use a PC.
