I have had a cracked windshield,as my policy says if I don’t use your recommended repairer My excess doubles.
I can’t find anywhere in my paperwork the recommended repairer !
I have spent two days on the phone and internet trying to get an answer.
Eventually I got to speak to a person.
If this had been more urgent it would have been a total nightmare.
I understand Covid has caused problems but other companies hav managed far better under the same circumstances.
