After a third party collided with my car, I had to call 3 times to log the incident. The first call was cut off ,the second call I was advised the original person dealing with me would be e mailed to contact me, which never happened .Eventually managed to speak to someone to day. I then went on live chat to stop my automatic renewal to be given a new higher quote because I had a fault claim of 4 days. I WAS NOT CLAIMING MY INSURANCE AS THE THIRD PARTY'S INSURANCE HAD IT IN HAND. My car is being fixed as we speak. Best to go to CHURCHILL as they have handled this episode very professionally.
