I was astonished to receive a renewal quote which was 50% higher that I paid last year. I complained and received help from the on-line chat service. Whilst the person on the call was very very helpful, I was nonetheless surprised that after complaining I was offered a reduction that was only £4 more than I paid last year. This being the case, it suggests that OneCall is not looking as deeply into offers as they might. My policy cost went from £266 last year to a quotation of £395 this year and then after our discussion went down to £270. - how is this possible??
