Whilst the communication from your rep was very efficient, I disagree with your calculation for refund offered against the remaining 8 months of my cover (I have now sold the car) and it appears I was overcharged when the policy was originally taken out.
I await communication from your cancellations team, and plan to refer the matter to the Ombudsman.
