Details for car insurance were given on the comparison site used. These details were carried forward and used by all the other sites and quotes given. One Call gave a quote using these details which I accepted, driving licence details were given and permission for DVLA to be checked. Policy was then issued. Full payment taken 3 days later. 10 days after policy issued and payment taken, I received notification that I had not disclosed some information therefore they were increasing my premium by a further £159.70!! This did not make it competitive therefore I cancelled the policy, paying £35.55 for 12 days cover. The relevant information had been given at first contact which should be the information used to provide a quote. I shall not use this site again.
