Site is not working properly with regard to policy amendments, forcing me to use the chat line which was extremely busy. After two cancelled attempts (40 and 78 people ahead) the wait was still way too long!
Then I had to ask for the £15 online change discount, as the 'chatter' did not know that the site was not working 100%
