your company car policies are good and the prices are competitive but trying to contact One Call is nothing short of frustrating esp if you can only communicate over the phone like me a 78yr old man, for this reason alone I didn't renew my car insurance and after my daughter having to communicate on my behalf by chat to cancel my policy and the experience she had she wont use or recommend your services either
