Bought a car on Saturday, because we were existing customers we thought we could just transfer all info to our new car but NO we were told customer service was closed. If we were new customers you could give a quote and take our money. Well I’m sorry but you have lost our custom and we will tell anyone how unhappy we are with your service. A lot of people go out on a Bank Holiday or Saturday to look for a new car but insuring it is another hurdle you don’t need!!!!!!
