Always directed to Portal from live chat, can’t Make change on portal, back to the live chat queue (number 4) now. Amendment made, “is there anything else I can help you with?” “Yes!” I say. “Oh you’ll have to use the Portal” “It’s not working!” I say “you need to try first and then click on live chat”. Here we go again!!! Poor, very poor.
