Having sold my vehicle I tried contacting One Call to cancel the insurance cover. Telephones are not being answered, there is no email address so forced to use Live Chat. After a long wait the person dealing with my request wasted thirty five minutes asking irrelevant questions about why I was selling the vehicle, was I going to replace it etc. It was a blatant hard sell technique that simply caused anger and frustration. When they finally got around to dealing with my initial request the system collapsed . I tried again later in the day and had a much better response. However the initial experience means I will not use One Call again
