I tried phoning to cancel my insurance as I found a last minute better deal. No phone lines open, went onto the portal and no chats open, scrolled through the portal and no where on website to cancel polices? Couldn’t find an email address to let you know I want to stop the renewal ?
All very frustrating. I have cancelled my DD . Please end my policy.
