When you take out an online policy they need to approve it manually
This means that even if you select the same day for the policy to start you can end up waiting for the docs to come through for some time and are advised to wait for them before driving the vehicle
Not known any other major insurer do this even brokers manage this better
Need to sort this out as I was left being unable to drive my vehicle to an appointment
