The operative who I dealt with via chat line was good and professional and have no complaints against her, the problem I have is with all the hidden extra charges that we get charged for such as a renewal fee, there is no incentive to stay with one call as a customer and although you can find these "hidden charges" in the small print there is nothing obvious that you can see until there is a need for them to apply the extra charge.
One call needs to be more transparent about these charges.
