Trying to use the live chat is like pulling teeth so far. I have had to re-ask my queries several times in order to get a specific answer.
I was in the middle of a chat, composing a "yes/no" answer question when the page just timed out.
Now i have to start agian.
So far my two simple questions for a change of vehicle on my policy have taken over half an hour to partially clarify
