Sorry but I am not that good with IT and still one finger typing, so was very disappointed when after calling your call center Today (All lines now closed) I was directed to The Portal to make an amendment to my policy, only then after trying to input details of my new car, to be prompted you cant make amendments there, you have to use LIVE chat, So one hour later i got my policy changed to cover my New vehicle, I am now minded to revert back to the over seas call centers at least you can almost have a conversation and sort things out.
