i tried to cancel a policy on the website, your promise tells us it's much easier to do that, it isn't. so i tried to do it by webchat. i'm told we can't do that either.
so i had to do it by phone, which took over 12 minutes. the whole exercise was the best part of 1/2 hour. Something not mentioned wen you guys are wanting to sell a product!
