JD7 was helpful and achieved the result I needed.. However, I really think One Call should reopen to telephone customers. It would've been much much quicker to resolve the problem over the phone!.. Also, after several attempts I couldn't access the 'Portal' to print off some documents. Relying on IT is a poor plan!.. Overall, a simple task which normally would've taken a couple of minutes took up over 30 minutes.. Such a pain. Probably won't reinsure next year if it's still this bad..
