Waited ages for someone to 'speak' with me.

Wasn't able to complete car transfer on the website
Decided to cancel the insurance rather than go through the trauma of having to get the operator to give me a new quote....probably have taken another hour.
Refund for 6 months insurance was pitiful.
Quite dreadful experience really...not that anyone will read this or care!
