I was on the chat for over an hour, the operator was slow to response to my chat, must have been chatting to many other people at the same time as she kept repeating the questions and asking the same questions. You then charge me £39.00 for the poor service, for an address change and a policy add on for business use. I wont be renewing the insurance with you next time.
