I was asked to provide a review of 'how we have done' and I have genuinely no idea as I was halfway through a chat when I stopped to take a phone call (working from home) and when I returned the chat had finished and I have no idea if what I asked to happen has happened. Pointless really as I have no log of what was discussed which makes the Live chat option a pathetic option if you want confirmation of anything.
