Whilst the customer service is mostly good, I was rather annoyed to find that the amount I paid on the day did not include one of the upgrades I had clicked so a separate charge of £18.95 was taken from my bank. Apparently, I was told, it would have said on the page I clicked so be warned if you click on any upgrades, as the information about separate payment will be written in too subtle a manner for someone to notice.
