Getting insurance was fine but trying to amend was terrible to the point it was easier to cancel and go with another quote.
The live chat was slower than go compare and other comparison sites so by the time it took you to respond, try to amend on line first didn't work then wouldn't allow and then by the time you responded by your and let's be completely clear terrible terrible live CHAT service.
I just went on to a comparison website and went with them.
Will never use a service completely depending on live chat
