PB1 was very patient and helpful, which nis more than I can for your consideration for your customer. Does it occur to you that not everyone has tech savvy, or the ability to type at more than 10 words p minute? Your inability to provide telephone comms does you no favours. Yesterday it took 1hr 40 mins for PB1 & me to finally sort out and put to rights the answers or omissions to questions posed in the statement of insurance issued in respect of my Home & Buildings Insurance; it would have take 10 mins with a telephone conversation rather than the laborious, only method of communication you offered - Live Chat!!
