AVOID!!
Driver picking us up at Zurich airport cancelled because we came out 1 h and 2 min after the plane had landed (the gate was far from baggage claim, had to navigate the confusing airport layout with a baby and a toddler, lines for passport control were long as we were non-EU/Swiss - didn't stop for anything but was still not fast enough). He then said he was still at the airport despite cancelling and would take us to the city centre for a new full fare, meaning double payment as we had prepaid. We didn't have much choice because it would be a struggle to book additional transport otherwise with our babies and luggage and therefore paid him. Turns out he also did not have the correct car seats that we had prepaid for - the infant seat provided was actually rated for 15 to 25 kg, which was not suitable for our 9 month old but the driver insisted that it was correct. Extremely passive aggressive for the rest of the ride. We put in a complaint on the unsuitable car seats as well on the Connecto website and received no response. Shocking experience overall and would never use them again.
