They left us stranded in rural Spain on the last day of our holiday as the airport minibus we had booked for 8- including a baby and a 75 year old- just didn’t turn up. They kept us waiting for 45 minutes after it was due then basically said tough luck you’ll have to find your own transportation to the airport - not very easy in rural Spain for 8 passengers at the last minute!!”

They required the full payment (€90) upfront, which I accepted. At first, the driver was responsive, but at the time he was supposed to pick us up, he stopped replying – and even worse, blocked our number. We were left stranded and I had to involve the local police just to secure alternative transport in time for our flight.
I had to take another taxi for an additional €60, which they refused to reimburse. They only refunded the original amount and offered no real apology or acknowledgment of their driver’s unacceptable behavior.
After checking online reviews, I realized I’m far from the only one who’s had such a terrible experience. Clearly, this company fails repeatedly and takes no real responsibility for it.

Ik had drie transfers geboekt in Miami voor zes personen en voorschot op betaald.
Eerste transfer van de Luchthaven naar Riu hotel in Miami, bij aankomst in de luchthaven was er niemand aanwezig.
Na enkele sms berichten heen en weer kwam er na een uur een chauffeur ter plaatse met een wagen voor zes personen maar niet voorzien voor de bagage.
Deze chauffeur wou ons mits betaling een tweede wagen aansmeren.
We hebben dat geweigerd en een privé taxi aan de luchthaven genomen met een extra kost van 85$.
De tweede transfer van het hotel naar de Cruise Terminal in Fort Lauderdale verliep vlekkeloos.
De derde transfer, 9 dagen later, van de Cruise Terminal naar de luchthaven was een ramp.
De dag op voorhand, zoals alle andere transfers, nog een bevestiging gekregen met de telefoonnummer van de chauffeur op vermeld indien hij niet aanwezig zou zijn.
Alvorens het schip te verlaten heb ik contact opgenomen via WhatsApp op het aangegeven nummer en kreeg daar een antwoord dat die transfer bij hun niet gekend was en Sorry we kunnen U niet helpen.
Dus ge komt met een paar duizend man op de Terminal en uw bestelde transfer is niet ter plaatse en ge moet wel uw Internationale vlucht halen, dat is een stress situatie.
Toch nog op het laatste moment een privé taxi kunnen strikken en mits een betaling van 180$ heeft die ons naar de luchthaven gebracht.
Bij thuiskomst heb ik onmiddellijk via mail contact opgenomen met connecto transfer en na de nodige verontschuldigingen hebben ze mijn voorschot terug betaald maar van de extra kosten die we gemaakt hadden moesten we geen tussenkomst verwachten.
Ik had ook nog twee transfers geboekt in Spanje voor de toekomst die ik dan ook onmiddellijk heb geannuleerd en waar ik wel 25% moest laten vallen voor de annulatie kosten.
Dus samengevat heb ik een heel slechte ervaring met deze onbetrouwbare maatschappij en raad ik iedereen af om daar mee te boeken.

“Transfer from Trieste did show up, rang them and said driver went to wrong airport and wasn’t going to do the pick up . This was 9pm at night with 4 kids, no hire cars available so had to hire 2 taxis to get us to our destination. Disaster, avoid.”
“Before going away I booked in advance with this company, having booked a sedan for 4 people & 3 suitcases. On arrival, the driver said he could only take 2 of us & 2 cases & stated the driver who was supposed to come was off sick & he had stepped in. Whilst he was nice, he had such a small car he could only get one case in the boot & 1 on the front seat. It was still a squash for 2 of us in the back.
Our other 2 family members had to pay for another taxi transfer. On contacting the company as we had booked a return transfer with them, they denied all liability, said it was what we booked (it wasn't) we even took a photo & sent it. They refused a refund & horrendous customer service.
Tried 3 times communicating to no avail. A waste of €130, plus the extra money for extra taxis to & from the airport.
Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy! Shocking experience & out of pocket, with no apology.”

I called company's office un London 3 Times. 2 times they didn't connect me to the driver. Third time I've reached the driver but he didn't speak English šo he didn't find me and I had to look for a taxi.

“AVOID!!!!!The worst service by far, booked a transfer online including two car seats everything paid for in advance and requested a pick up point from airport. On the day of the transfer my assistant reached the office 2hrs in advance of the trip requesting the drivers mobile number as well as to confirm that the driver has the two seats which I paid for, everything was confirmed. Firstly the driver did not meet at the requested pick up spot (which was confirmed) and secondly he arrived without any car seats causing a huge inconvenience as we had luggage and two babies. My assistant immediately reached out to the office advising of same and requesting a full refund for no seats as well as for not picking up at the pick up spot, all was confirmed and we were informed that they had a system error and that the correct information was not sent to the driver for our trip. Days later I noticed only a refund for the car seats, my assistant then reached out the office again querying same and was then informed that they wont be doing the full refund as the driver still drove the trip, emails went back and forth and my assistant requested managements contact details and she was told that management does not deal with these queries as the consultants are trained to deal with this. One would think that management gets involved when customers are unhappy with the service. I will not recommend them to anyone as they cannot be trusted even with making payments in advance.”

AVOID AT ALL COST
I have booked a transfer from Naples airport to Atrani on the 13th of September. I contacted the customer service from ConnectoTransfers while waiting for my flight in Gatwick Airport as I was informed the flight would be delayed. The person from customer service who I spoke to reassured me that this was ok and that the driver was informed of my flight, and would be tracking it.
On arrival, I turn my phone on and see a message from the driver, sent while I was in the air saying "Hello". Nothing else after that. I respond accordingly saying that we just landed. We got no response for that. Once we got to the arrival hall clearly there was nobody waiting for us. We contacted the driver numerous times by message, also tried to call him from two different phones and got no response whatsoever. Also we tried contacting the ConnectoTransfers customer service and got no answer whatsoever. After about half an hour we got an answer by text from the driver saying "the plane arrived late we couldn't wait you should contact the company for another driver I'm not available".
Given this appalling situation (and the fact that we were stranded at midnight in an unknown airport) we had to arrange for new last minute transport for us at the cost of 220 euros.
As you can imagine we're pretty upset with the company and with the driver, particularly given that we informed them about the delay and we were confirmed it was all fine.
After this we requested a full refund for the service they failed to provide and our out of pocket extra expenses (220 euros).
After a week of investigation the company CONFIRMED the incident and refunded us only what we prepaid them. They have since ignored our numerous requests for the extra expenses. This clearly shows a lack of care for their customers and evidently a company that CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND RECOMMENDED.”
