“I booked an airport transfer at the advertised price of £96.83 and paid in full, assuming—quite reasonably—that this secured the service. Instead, I was contacted afterwards and told the price had increased to £121.04, a jump of around 25%.
This is completely unacceptable. Once payment is taken, the booking should be honoured. Increasing the price afterwards feels like taking advantage of the limited time we had to secure a transfer, rather than providing a reliable service.
