“Communication was very good (but change of driver was confusing as two drivers were in communication with me at the same time), the car was very modern and clean, driver was very professional. Due to local road closures there was a big delay in our collection but a re route of drivers massively reduced the delay. Very good adjustment to change our driver to minimise the delay. I'd highly recommend.”
“Prices are really good and at the end everything went well, although the driver didn’t await us at the airport as I expected! So, took us some time! However, the customer service was really good and responsive! Driver was very nice although communication was a bit hard - I don’t speak Spanish unfortunately! So, in general I can recommend them!”
“On way there got tx night b4 from driver assuring me he would be collecting me n family from airport...flight was 2 hrs delayed...but driver said he would not leave n would wait.... Roman was very nice polite and made conversation....way bak to airpot new driver was efficient getting us back to catch flight. Good company and reasonable fares compared to other firms...saved around £100 using CONNECTO TRANSFERS.”
