Not happy at all, ordered blinds and followed the instructions on their web site. Measured old blind and used exact fit, but guess what when I measured the blind I should have measured the rail too, as blind measurement includes the rail, according to their advisor I measured the fabric!!! Maybe I should change job and move to fitting blinds.
And to add to my frustration they asked me for £45 to replace the blinds or sorry the fabric !!.
Would never use again.
